Paul and Ian V were on their home patch today clearing a path to the south of the Community Centre and bowling green, as well as the connecting path to the Community Centre. Hedges and vegetation alongside these paths were impeding walkers, and the slabs forming the paths were hidden beneath several years of accumulated mulch. Overgrowth was cut back and the path slabs uncovered before we were treated to soup, toast, and cups of tea by the 'Warm Up Wednesdays' volunteers at the Centre, Still some more work to be done on these paths, but it's unlikely that soup will always be available!
