Leaving Kasher and Catherine to continue clearing the path above Robin Wood (see today's other entry), Mick and Neil M. set off to tackle other jobs.

There were two marker posts to re-set: one by Lumbutts Road and the other at Oldroyd where footpath Todmorden 164 crosses the motor track.
The way we fixed them means they are certain to win any further arguments with vehicles . . . we hope!
Then we went back to Cornholme to collect some waste wood from a house on Frieldhurst Road. This wood, which the owner was happy to see removed, will become guard rails for more tree enclosures at Guide Quarry.
