Slack Top: fun with hedges and edges.

Linda, Stella and Frank H carried out extensive cutting back along the footpath (Heptonstall 050) that leads from Slack Top to Murking Lane; then down this bridleway (Heptonstall 046) and eventually along the path (Heptonstall 041) that goes to Pike Stone Bank.
Here are pictures of some of our efforts:

There is more to be done here on this popular path that forms part of the Calderdale Way.
Ginny, Neil D and Heidi cut back Broad Lane above Edge Hey Green, then did some initial cutting back of bilberry on Acre Lane prior to widening. The third job was cutting back Bobby's Lane from Slack Top.
