Mo and Ginny did a variety of jobs today. Firstly, at Eastwood below Mulcture Cottage, we brightened up a well-hidden waymark post.
Pretty hidden |
We then cut back vegetation and improved signage on the pedestrian bridge carrying the Tod Centenary Way over the railway.
Work funded by Todmorden Town Council.
Then on to Hebble Hole where we cleared out a turn-by/stream crossing; the last one to do on Hudson Mill Road.
Now running freely
Job funded by Blackshaw Parish Council.
Finally we worked on a path, on the other side of the valley, which runs behind houses below the road in Colden. This was totally impassable with bushes and nettles.
But an end was in sight ... until we went further. Another day's work ahead!
Job funded by Heptonstall Parish Council.
