BROAD BOTTOM FARM MYTHOLMROYD

Ginny, Stella, Bernard and Rich worked on paths going West from Broad Bottom Farm.
Very few photos because it rained all day!

Several waymarks were put in around the farmyard to make sure people know where the paths are (and, just as important where they aren't!)
New waymark post for the path that goes up to Burlees Lane
Stella and Ginny worked on the path that runs below Burlees Wood. They did some path widening and a bit of cutting back.

Bernard and Rich worked on the path leading to Fallingroyd:

  • Fixing the stile at the start and adding a yellow top post.
  •  Waymarking through the wood by adding yellow arrows on the trees (with permission from the landowner).
  • Cutting back the encroaching brambles along the route; a lovely path.

Work funded by Hebden Royd Town Council as part of route between Hebden Bridge and Mytholmroyd.

Having a bit of time to spare we then went back to base to cut up wooden step risers.
