On a much drier and less blustery day, Jerry and Angus continued Monday's work near the 'third stile'. The main tasks were to repair the boundary fence and tidy up the stile construction. As with the initial work, we kept the costs down by using recycled material and any sound, existing timbers - 'Waste not, Want not' is the motto!

Next on the job list for this path is to replace the dilapidated stile at Highlee Lane, install a new finger post, carry out some overhead cutting-back and replace the temporary 'earth steps' with something more permanent.
