A third visit to this area for Heidi, Stella, Billie, Neil D, Rich, Ginny, Lynda and Linda to set about several jobs in the vicinity of May's Shop. Today's work was funded by Blackshaw Head Fell Race and Calder Valley Fell Runners.
The first major job was to clear the sunken path from Ingham Well to the top. The path was completely choked with wall stones which all had to be removed to make the path usable. Having lots of people to heave stones, we made pretty short work of it.
The next job was to deal with the confusing path, below Hot Stones Delph, which we completely waymarked.
Then on to the path by the side of Hillside - another old sunken path taking you up to the moor. The bottom of the path was cleared to reveal to stone steps. Fallen wall stones were removed from the upper section.

Finally, to cap a good day's work, we did some waymarking around Halstead Green.
