Today's "Strim and Trim" duo of Fred and Kasher, the latter on her second strimming session, tackled a path by Lee Bottom Road. This path is not shown as a R-o-W but the clearing work was funded by USRA (the Upper Stoodley Residents' Association) to provide safe passage for pedestrians alongside this busy, narrow road.
It was a splendid day. We had great views up to London Road and the Stoodley hillside, and (unlike our usual, remote working locations) met so many walkers that we lost count!

The cleared path - bracken, grasses, nettles . . . it's all one to the strimmer blades |

The final section - but that road is narrow!. |
Many thanks to the numerous residents who plied us with cold drinks and provisions. These were much appreciated. Thank you.
