Paul and Rich tackled three jobs.
Mytholmroyd Walkers Action donated a bench to Yorkshire Wildlife Trust which needed putting in.
First dig two very deep holes |
Once installed best to try it out |
The bench is in a position where you can sit and observe several bird boxes. In May you can also take in the bluebells.
Next we moved on to the path above Frost Hole where holly was beginning to cross the path.
Before |
After the haircut |
Then back down the track towards Dauber Bridge to deal with a fallen tree at the beginning of the Cragg Brook riverside path. Someone had dealt with the major branches, we just had make sure the path was easy to pass.
Branches encroaching the bridge |
Path all clear of brash and a fallen fence |
