Two teams working on the Slurring Rock path.
The desire line which joins both ends is narrow, sloping and often slippery over roots and streams.
The diggers team of Bernard, Rich, Gerald, Dave, Graham and Richard J widened about 60 metres of path through a conifer plantation.

We need to go back to construct some steps and put in several sections of revetment to secure the edge of the path; but no insurmountable obstacles so far.
The construction team of Paul, Stella and Frank installed revetments at the eastern end of the 'desire line'. Progress was slower than expected because of numerous tree roots and deceptively slippery working conditions.
