Dick, Stella and Frank worked hard on bottom half of Bird Lane to manage the water pouring down our newly created channel . They built a fantastic aqueduct to prevent water going straight onto the road. We now need to wait for dry weather to see how path improves.

The rest of the group Graham, Ruth, Stuart, Bernard and Dave started work on the path between Ripponden Old Bank and High Lees Lane ....The following images show the tasks undertaken

| We cut through and removed the problem. |

| Water was causing the path to churn. We dug a drainage channel to alleviate the problem. |

| Further along the path water was running out from under a wall flooding part of the surface. A drainage channel was dug to remove surface water. The path should star to dry out. |
