Task : Cutting back and re-siting of two way marker posts.
CROWS : Gerald, Fred and Terry
As you can see we nearly lost Fred in the wilderness right from the outset.
These were the two posts which needed repairs, both of which were loose to the touch and one (to the right) we decided was in the wrong position to be useful to walkers.
Once Fred had cleared the site with his strimmer Gerald and I set to and repositioned the renovated and titivated post (brushed the writing, painted the top and arrow, nailed on a CROWS sign).
The second post we repositioned and straightened and added a waymarker to show the footpath which goes up over Gerald's shoulder.
We then set off after Fred using slashers, loppers and the rake.
