Fred, Gerald and Peter firstly went to Callis to check the Pennine Way notice board, it was too far gone to save so this was dismantled and the wood was donated to the local community at the canal side. Following this the path off the Pennine Way at Nabby Nook along to Underbank House was cut back along with part of the Pennine way back down to the main road.
The next job was up at Lumb Falls where the drainage issue on the track up to the Haworth to Hebden Bridge walk was tackled. Two problem areas were identified and a ditch was excavated in both places. Also blockages along the existing drain were removed.
