Path 62 goes from Ripponden Old Bank across the hillside to Longley Lane. It's a pretty path through woodland that we are working on to get into a better state of order. There are several drainage issues with water streaming across the path plus a lot of holly overgrowth.

| The area worked in today |
On a misty day a team comprising Ginny, Jerry, Graham and Jak approached from the Ripponden Old Bank end. We cut back several sections of the encroaching holly and dug out several of the streams crossing the path so as to allow a more channelled movement of water as opposed to drenching the entire path.

The next section was described variously as awful, lake, big mess etc. Surface water was across the path for a stretch of several metres. The team created channels to move the water downhill. There is still more to do here but progress has been made.
