Dark Lane is a beautiful walled track that leads up from Midgley Road, Mytholmroyd. The stile where Dark Lane comes down to Foster Clough had suffered from water running down the track and the steps had rotted and collapsed.
Ian S and Frank S joined the small jobs clear up day and replaced these two steps, refixed the rails and added some stone steps to make the path easier to use.
