TODMORDEN - Back Lane, TCW and Todmorden Moor Geology Trail.

There were two teams out from Todmorden today.

Team 1: David, RJ and Kasher, equipped with three brush cutters/strimmers, went to Back Lane (Todmorden 031) to re-open the path. CROWS had been informed that this route was impassable so we spent today's session cutting back, strimming and re-establishing this route. We also strimmed the vegetation and cut back the brambles on Tod 032 towards Pex Tenements.

Team 2: Angus and Mick went first to Shore Green to reinstate a post on Todmorden 060. They then went to park at Guide Quarry, at the junction of Tower Causeway and Flower Scar Road, to start the long walk to work on both the Todmorden Centenary Way (TCW) across Tod Moor and the Todmorden Moor Geology Trail.

Today's work has been funded by Todmorden Town Council. Many thanks for your support.
