Rich, Ginny and Stella set off to waymark and survey an upland section of the Calderdale Way. As we got higher the weather conditions deteriorated, so we abandoned the waymarking!
We went to the path running through Horsehold Wood to look at the path condition and at a tree that was reported as being across the path.
The path is just about passable, but we will return to cut back the smaller branches and get an assessment from Highways as to the safety of the main trunk.
There is also some scraping and path widening needed on this path.
