Following a generous donation from the Slack Fest event over the summer, we thought we would take a look at paths around Slack so Linda and Rich surveyed several paths (see map).

- We identified where 3 waymark posts were needed.
- There were nine sections of path that were overgrown with brambles and bilberry, so they too are on the list.
- One path with stone steps that leads down to the Crags badly needs clearing.
As well as a very productive survey, walking around Slack on a sunny Autumn day was an absolute pleasure . . . now we just need to do the work!
