On a very misty and, at times, wet day RJ, Fred, Jan and Kasher worked on a number of footpaths near Sourhall and along Flower Scar Road.
RJ and Fred revisited the footpath (Tod 082) where CROWS worked last week. The team repaired the fence and stile beyond the walled lane and improved more of the drainage along the lane.
Jan and Kasher replaced a marker post on Flower Scar Road above Higher Woodfield Farm for footpath Tod 073. Congratulations must go to the person or team who initially installed this marker post with the most formidable dead-men, which took an age to remove prior to replacing the post. The removed post will be dried out, refurbished and reused.

The two teams then worked on Tod 079 from West End Farm to Flower Scar Road. All of the loose marker posts were reinstated and a number of new posts were added. The old posts were also repainted and new way-markers were installed.
Today's work was funded by Todmorden Town Council, many thanks.
