Mick, Ken, Gerald and Peter worked on a grim day but valiantly laboured on until lunchtime, by which time they were soaked to the skin (hence no photos).
The flags on a finger post were replaced on Blackshaw 53 off Eastwood Road.
Hawthorn was trimmed back on Todmorden 15.
Four yellow topped posts were erected and cutting back started at Daisy Bank farm and Clough, Long Causeway.

Hebble Hole
The project to rebuild the steps down to Hebble Hole begins next week. The first job was to get a ton of gravel down a narrow track to the site. The local construction contractor Jonnie Stansfield came to our rescue and it was delivered right to the top of the steps. Extreme thanks!
