Open Access board refurbishment number 4. Rich started and was later joined by Ginny.

The board was in a sad state. |
All the beading holding the glass was rotten and had to be replaced and the back board fell out when you touched it. The whole frame was covered in lichen and had to be sanded down.
 |
Board with new back board and beading and all sanded down ready for preservative (thanks to Jess for photo as neither of us had brought a camera) |
 |
Doesn't look any different but two coats of Sikkens has been applied |
The information board was funded by Community Foundation for Calderdale,
who work with RES (Renewable Energy Systems) who operate Todmorden Wind
Farm.
