Dave Dick and Richard J returned to last weeks job on a stile near Stocks Lane. This very wet & overgrown with no tread board.
Because of the steep slope a large amount of stone was required but it represents a big improvement.
We added a further tread board on another stile to improve all 4 stiles to complete the job.
Bernard, Fred, Gerald and Rich worked on part of the Mytholmroyd Walkers Action Children's walk. The problem was the the path was very narrow, but made worse by a fence overhanging the path.
We had to remove several fence posts that had rotted off and re position the rest. The fence then had to be re stapled. The path surface was also widened.
We also did a bit of drainage work and cutting back at the Clough
