TODMORDEN & HEBDEN BRIDGE

Mick and Gerald worked at Trough Edge End, Todmorden painting the trig point and clearing the bridge that was deep frozen last time we tried.  The boards that we placed on the path in February to divert water from the bridge had been taken out, so they were returned to White Ribbon and the bridge will continue to flood!

Peter and Ginny worked on the steps opposite the top of Station Road in Hebden Bridge.  There were several steps missing and some that were rotten.

We put in new steps and repaired others which was quite tricky on the steep slope.

Climbing skills no longer needed to get up to Dod Naze.

Then we worked back towards the road and cleared several years of mulch from the stone steps.
