Big team today - Graham, Stuart, Bernard, Richard J, Fred, Stella, Sam, Dick, Dave and Rich
(and Alec from Yorkshire Wildlife Trust)
Two sets of steps were constructed on the steep slope where the footpath leads from the Broadhead Clough Nature Reserve onto Bell House Moor. A couple of way-mark posts were fixed on the moor edge and some drainage problems on the path across the moor were sorted.
The other team working with the Warden from the
Yorkshire Wildlife Trust who manage the Nature Reserve sorted out various path and drainage problems downhill towards Frost Hole. Trying to deal with the drainage problems with the minimum of impact on this SSSI site.
