Two groups of three (Bernard Sam & Stella, Dick, Paul & Stuart) spent the day working slowly towards each other from either end of the path from Edge Lane to Rodmer Clough at the top of Colden. This is part of the Power in the Landscape e-Trail and was very overgrown, and in places very muddy.  The stretch along Colden Water has been undercut in places by the river.  The whole length of the path has now been strimmed, ditches have been cleared, a gate eased, a bridge cleaned up, and a short stretch of path has been  re-routed further back from the river bank.  Good day!

Meanwhile Fred and Richard J worked on way-marking on the path to High Brow Knoll. This is part of a  set of walks from Hebden Bridge Walkers Action which will be published later this year.
