Ginny, Frank and Gerald started on a drainage problem on the Calderdale Way Link path below Alls Well Farm

Hard work this road building!
Rich and Nigel put in a Calderdale Way Link path marker post at a complicated junction below Alls Well farm.
The second marker post above Foster Bridge was unsuccessful so we will have to replace faded painted waymark.
Moved on to Nutclough Woods to begin to deal with a badly scoured path. Several small springs have been tumbling down the hillside, washing the path away.
Turby put in to take the spring water across the path
Water coming out of a gully across the path.
The drain was blocked and the gully was choked
Doesn't look much, but the water now goes under the path
instead of washing the surface away
