Tasks : Fred, Richard J and Stella took 3 marker posts to position high up on the tops.
Gerald, Graham, Dave, Dick and Terry took the lower path to do some drainage work.
As you can see drainage on this path is very difficult as the path is well compacted so water accumulates in puddles. There is little opportunity to create drainage channels for the surplus water to run-off due to the lay of the land.
Although was our lunch break the reason we are huddled here is that a hail storm has just gone over and this was the best place to shelter from the wet and cold.
