The task was to improve path access to two Graves highlighted in a planned E-trail for
Pennine Horizons which will visit sites associated with Radicalism and the Co-operative movement in the Calder Valley.
Fred and Richard planted a waymark post at the start of the path.
Luckily there was not to much stone to break through.
Post ready for its waymark.
The path needed some attention to remove Ivy crossing the surface. Gerald, Stella and Graham had a cutting back session.
Looks better already.
Much clearer now.
Dick and Dave started digging out for the steps.
Shift that overhanging branch.
Fitting the steps.
Ready to use.
With the CROWS logo fixed in place This informs people who would like to donate funds to the service how they can do so by text giving.
A few stone steps to construct.
Richard and Fred hard at work.
Nearly there. A good days work by the team. Well done everyone.
