GADDINGS

Three teams today

Ginny, Gerald and Alastair worked on widening the bottom section of Jail Hole path.

We also dug some channels to try and take the water off the path.

But sometimes it's not quite clear what to do!

Meanwhile the  other four did another arduous climb up with timber, but were greeted by a wonderful sight at the dam.

Peter and Tristan finished off one set of steps at the breach of the disused dam.

New steps from top and bottom

Frank S and Rich worked on the top of the Jail Hole path. The main problem was a very narrow path running along the edge of a very steep slope.

Before we started, we had to re-route the water that was running down the path.

Good channel should take all the water off the path

A length of the widened path

More drainage on Langfield Edge
